Coloured copper engraving printed from two plates, by Braun & Hogenberg from "Civitates Orbis Terrarum", with a dedication to Julius Scaliger, engraving after a design by Georg Hofnagl. Cologne c. 1598 (Cologne 1578/II).
Print size: 45 cm x 71 cm
Strong print and colours, smoothend centre fold, some wrinkles at the upper left corner, altogether in very good condition.
