"Polonia et Silesia"

This beautiful map of Poland with Silesia was first published in the atlas "Gerardi Mercatoris Atlas sive Cosmographicae Meditationes de Fabrica Mundi et Fabricati Figura" in Duisburg 1595. Here a print from a later edition c. 1613.
