After he returned to Nancy in the year 1621, Callot picked scenes of the urban / daily for his artworks. One of the most famous series of that time is „ Le Gueux“ – “Beggars” with 25 copper engravings.

Beautiful copper engraving on handmade paper, slightly trimmed at the bottom, altogether in very good condition.
