„Nova Totius Terrarum Orbis Geographica Ac Hydrographica Tabula“

The decorative and rare world map is framed by various allegorical and historical figures. At the top, seven allegories of the Moon, Mercury, Venus, the Sun, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. At bottom, the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Colossus of Rhodes, the Pyramids of Giza, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the Temple of Artemis, the statue of Zeus by Phidias of Olympia and the Lighthouse of Pharos. On the left, allegories of the four elements and on the right allegories of the four seasons.
