French folding fan in the style of the Rococo era
Beautiful folding fan with hand coloured Lithographies on both sides.
Front: Young Ladies and a gentleman in a park.
Back: A young gentleman and a little girl in the garden.
On both sides the Lithographies are framed by a gold bordure and luxuriant golden ornaments.
Leaf made of paper, fan´s skeleton made of bone carved and decorated with gold. Rivet in shape of a golden flower.
Size: 27 cm x 50 cm
Date: France (?) around 1840/50
