Medieval manuscript on a very fine and thin single vellum leaf out of an Italian Antiphonary with text and music on both sides. A large Initial „H“ on the recto with a vine decoration in four colours. Text written in a fine gothic hand in black ink. Square notation on four-line red staves (recto and verso).
