Saitô Kiyoshi (1907-1997)

A winter scene in Aizu (now Fukushima Prefecture). High snow covers the roofs of the houses and the paths. A thickly muffled figure passes a large kura (treasure or warehouse) with the owner's sign "Dai" (large). Two skiers making their way on the right side.

Excellent impression and colours, the deep black partly with lustre printing. Margins a little bit narrow, in bottom margin minimally toned. Bottom right corner thinly reinforced from verso, a weak crease in left bottom corner. Overall very good condition. Printer's seal "Suri Ikegami" on verso.
