Isoda Koryûsai (1735-1790)

Lovers lying on a futon; behind them a wall with a painting and calligraphies. The woman with closed eyes, is resting her head on a neckroll bolster.

Size: Horizontal Chûban, 18,2 x 25,5 cm

Fine impression, with embossing, in very good colours. A little trimmed at top margin. Some soiling and rubbing, mostly in margins; a few small binding holes and a wormhole in right margin, restored. Overall very good age-appropriate condition. Rare.
