Excellent impression, the plum blossoms with gofun white. Full margins. Excellent condition. Round watermark "Do" (for Doi) in the upper left corner. Date of first edition unknown, this impression likely c. 1950s. A rarely seen print.
The artist, a Nanga painter and pupil of Dômoto Inshô, was represented with a painting in the large exhibition of works by contemporary Japanese artists 1931 in Berlin.
