Fine impression, excellent colours, with gaufrage and lustre printing, on very good paper. Faint diagonal smoothed crease at right side, otherwise very good condition.
This beautiful design was first published in 1898 in the smaller aiban format as a frontispiece for the literary magazine Bungei Kurabu. This being a enlarged re-edition in the highest printing quality.
