Original Japanese colour woodblock print. Size: Vertical Ôban, 24 x 36,1 cm (image)

Nice impression with excellent colours. From a little later edition from the original blocks (c. 1946-57). Paper minimally age-toned, at lower margin a light printer’s stain. A tiny pinhole in each of the margin corners. Overall very nice condition of this very atmospheric scene. Probably the best known image by the artist.
