Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892)

Songoku, the immortal and mighty Monkey King Sun Wukong, known from the Chinese 16th century novel „Journey to the West”, swings his magic staff and Gyokuto (in China Yue Tu), the white Jade Rabbit that lives in the moon, jumps high. Behind them a giant full moon.
