Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III) (1786-1865)
Prince Genji (Mitsuuji) in attendance of two Lady´s on a boat floating in a pond during a foggy night. One lady, carrying a fan and a drum, is wearing the gown of a Shiraboyoshi dancer. The boat is surrounded by beautiful violet irises.

Print in very fine condition with brilliant colors, and relief printing. Sheets are not put together and are originally mounted. Very good impression of the print.
This rare Genji-Triptych is especially noticeable, because of the fine graded print and the very atmospheric landscape surroundings.
